Spokes Council
The spokescouncil was planned for Saturday morning but finally took until the evening. The proposals from the different working groups from the night before were discussed. Proposals were read and discussed in the affinity groups and the discussed by the spokes. If no consensus could be reached discussion went back into the affinity groups. There were about 10 affinity groups present.
